Pros

Cafeteria Subsidized lunch Ability to design and write apps as you please. This gives you full control over what you are working on.

Cons

Bad communication. Hostile environment, this is a company that has to take security very seriously. So, there are cameras and multiple check points within the company. At times, it can make you feel uncomfortable. Old management practices. Ability to design and write apps as you please. Also allows people to end up with spaghetti monsters and other terrible things that could end up being passed on to you for maintenance.
