      Pros

      It's a good start for person who want to enter this industry.

      Cons

      Very low salary, bouns calculation is 100% base on advisor's personal idea. Lacking obvious connection between ur performance and money you should have. Long working hour (12hr per day) is a good idea to build positive image, and it will help you get better bonus. Forget any new idea, because advisor just want you follow theirs. They won't agree any obvious changing.

      Pros

      Hard to get fired for anyone. You pretty much have to be grossly negligent.

      Cons

      Pays way below market even in a below market location of the market. In LA there is a lot of variation and this is one of the lowest of the low areas. People are not motivated as there is only disincentives to achieve, and very low incentives to do anything.
