It provides comprehensive benefits including traveling pension, healthcare pension, annual bonus and raise.

Cons

The overall working environment is not very friendly. People are more inclined to stick to old ways of dealing with things than try to find a new, more efficient solution. Some people even fail to produce quality output.

I would rate Gigabyte as a good company to understand how a major player in the IT industry gets to develop new products, bring them to market and takes care of its customers.

Cons

Too political. All BUs fight to get the credits. Unhealthy cross-BU communications. The company has too many employees and many do only the bare minimum to stay out of the radar
