Cons

The overall working environment is not very friendly. People are more inclined to stick to old ways of dealing with things than try to find a new, more efficient solution. Some people even fail to produce quality output.

Good people with outstanding loyalty to the company. Strong product lineup with factories based in Taiwan (not just China). Global outlook with offices in most major countries.

Cons

Sales led with little influence from marketing. Salaries very poor with profit sharing bonuses being the only chance of decent pay. Bonuses withheld for up to 10 months however.
