      Pros

      It's a good start for person who want to enter this industry.

      Cons

      Very low salary, bouns calculation is 100% base on advisor's personal idea. Lacking obvious connection between ur performance and money you should have. Long working hour (12hr per day) is a good idea to build positive image, and it will help you get better bonus. Forget any new idea, because advisor just want you follow theirs. They won't agree any obvious changing.

      Pros

      Gigabyte gave opportunities for those green heads. It trains you as a professional PM but in return, you need to work 12 hours a day.

      Cons

      low salary. overloaded work but it's a good start.
