Thank you for sharing your experience with us! We're so glad to hear that ownership, autonomy, and trust are coming through. Those are values we work hard to build into how we operate, and it's great to know they're making an impact. Having smart, supportive teammates who push each other to grow is a big part of what makes this place special, so we're glad that's been your experience too. You're right that priorities can shift quickly. That's the nature of a fast moving company, and we appreciate you being adaptable and rolling with it. It's not for everyone, but it sounds like you've embraced it. Thanks for being part of the team and for taking the time to share this. We're lucky to have you!

Pros

Giga is a great place to work at this stage in its growth. The work is challenging and engaging, and the opportunities to grow and build are basically limitless in a market desperate for the power and cooling solutions Giga provides.

Cons

If you're used to the structure and support systems of a larger org, or if you have been in a more relaxed software company setting, this wouldn't be the place for you.

Thank you for this awesome review! We're glad the work feels challenging and engaging. When you're solving real problems in a market that's genuinely desperate for solutions, it does make Monday mornings a little easier to swallow. And you nailed the cons. If you're coming from a place with 47 layers of approval, a dedicated snack procurement team, and meetings about meetings, this might feel like the Wild West. We prefer to call it "energizing." But yes, comfortable slippers and a slow pace are not on the menu here. Thanks for being part of the team and for keeping up with us. We're glad you're here for the ride!

Pros

Giga Energy is an exciting place to work, especially if you enjoy being part of a growing company that’s building something meaningful. The team is collaborative, supportive, and genuinely wants to see each other succeed. Leadership is accessible and open to feedback, which makes it easy to feel heard and valued. One of the biggest strengths of Giga is the culture—there’s a strong sense of teamwork and shared goals. People are willing to jump in and help, and wins are celebrated as a group. The company is clearly moving in the right direction, with continued investment in facilities, products, and long-term strategy. The work itself is engaging and fast-paced, which is great for anyone who likes to stay challenged and involved. There are opportunities to grow professionally, take ownership of your role, and build strong relationships both internally and with customers. Overall, Giga Energy is a solid place to work with great people, positive energy, and a lot of potential ahead. I’m excited to be part of the journey and to see where the company goes next.

Cons

Fast growth can mean processes are still evolving Roles can be dynamic, requiring flexibility and adaptability Pace may feel demanding for those who prefer a slower, more structured environment
