Pros

Young and growing company with potential to learn how a "home office" runs behind the scenes in getting a business up and keep it running. You wear a ton of hats and will learn more than you ever thought you would. It's tough but you get a lot out of it on the back end.

Cons

50% of locations have closed in last 5 years.
