Administrators are constantly changing. Job security is iffy. They seem to hire admin from outside the district first.

There are some really good schools in Gilbert.

Pros

I can only speak to my school in the district. I have no idea if it's the same at other schools, but... The teachers and staff really want to help each other. Gilbert provides curriculum for the teachers for almost all of the subjects. The coaches at the district level have made comprehensive curriculum documents to help teach the standards.

Cons

Again, this is only reflective of one school, but behavior is out of control.
