The schedule isnt that bad if you're okay with 12 hour shifts.

Cons

0 freedom during breaks you have to stay inside the building at all times. Must share a smoke break room with everybody so the smell is atrocious and the ceiling is extremely moldy and dark orangey/yellow Not allowed to go get food even if its across the street.

The communication level across all levels, the way I was welcomed in by all, the way everyone has supported when asked upon, the way I was allocated into training in all departments of the process flow of our facility, Gildan academy training is one of my favorites, I have never had anything like at any other company

Cons

Training with some of our computers apps good be better, I have asked for the ability to get some training on a certain app but have yet to receive
