Poor senior leadership and middle management, culture is extremely toxic, the organization changes courses continuously chasing competitors instead of staying with one strategy. Horrible market access team, collaboration amongst teams is hampered by fear and desire to make numbers that are totally unrealistic. Incredibly fear based organization with almost a panicked feeling, spending more time with data and spreadsheets than out with customers trying to better understand their challenges. ALso the in-office requirement with the guise of "collaboration" is not at all what they care about, they are trying to justify their space and want control over their employees. Unfortunately their on-site space is a disaster, all open concept so most people go to a conference room to work so they can concentrate! Dumbfounding....
