      Pros

      Very good salary and benefits, signon bonus, relocation package was outstanding for me at the time.

      Cons

      When pipeline runs dry, not a lot of opportunities for you to grow. Sometime they overhire with overconfidence, then even less chance to grow. You actually have to compete with peers for good work experience. This company is also moving toward outsourcing to india, So think twice.
