Pros

All my coworkers are hardworking and nice people. There are a lot of extra perks that come along with working here like free dinners for the late shift and a free meal on weekends for weekend shift people.

Cons

There's a lot of changes going on at Ginkgo right now to meet a budget goal, so some perks are now being changed or cut back on.
