- Fast paced - Always on the lookout for the next big thing - Great contacts in the industry - Recognised name in the industry - Big on tech

Cons

- Apart from the head office in Jaipur, infrastructure in other offices are not great - Not everyone in the main automotive businesses is a car/bike enthusiast, and it hampers work - Work culture is not great - There have instances of sexual abuses which have gone unreported - Management seems to not understand problems if not brought up by the right people - Chamchagiri level is high
