- liberty to work as per your convenience, you can work from home if you need to.

Cons

- too much politics - they don't acquire companies, they hire few more people in top management. Those top people start weeding out the old employees smartly. It results in their dissatisfaction in their own employees. - too much product oriented, which itself carries too many flaws
