Pros

Girnar technologies is a sister division of Girnar, the creators of Car Dekho. Its a great place to learn especially for a fresher. Being a technology training division, its environment is filled with daily struggle to bring more students for admissions and collect there fees( As per April, 2013)

Cons

Proper leadership is missing, intense politics, and no matter whatever portfolio you are, you have to run after students to collect fees and make sales call.( As per April, 2013)

#- A place to chill around where you get paid for doing nothing #- Working culture is good but then everyone is looking for excuse not to work

Cons

#- If you are looking to work with the core product then a plus point otherwise it of no use #- No one wants to take responsibility so half of the time you are just chilling around #- No proper talent allocation #- Hr only work is salary #- No proper management on work #- False promise to clients #- Monotonous work with no challenge
