Cons

Salary worst in industry. They can give you appraisal of 200-500. At the time of leaving they change their police. Everything depends on your manager if you do flattering of your manager then girnar is good for you. No career growth same work for year to year.

1. Decent office 2. Decent pay according to Jaipur standards 3. Good tech stack used for projects.

Cons

1. Ridiculous vacation system. No sick leaves given to new recruits. All vacations are clubbed together and accrue monthly at a rate of roughly 1.5. God forbids, if someone falls sick in the initial days, you will lose your pay for unpaid leaves. 2) Old managers associated with the company since early days are often immature and have no managerial skills whatsoever. 3) To be frank, most of the people who have been associated for some time are either looking for a change or are here due to one or many constraints (for ex Location)
