Pros

Work-life balance Great benefits - healthcare fully paid MSFT Stock

Cons

Underwhelming quality of work. The company is really heavy in 8, 9, and 10 level roles so it's incredibly difficult to get promoted. People are typically way overqualified for the actual day-to-day work they do.
