Decent work-life balance and very collaborative environment, great leader. Great benefits 100% employer paid. love working for the org

May be bit more emphasis on training, nothing really so far.

Company has grown pretty fast since its acquisition by Microsoft and its hard to keep up with all the changes. But the acquisition has brought immense opportunities to everyone at the company.

Cons

Product has gotten complex which is not too bad.
