Slowly becoming Microsoft

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

Competitive pay and benefits, remote-first work culture, huge community and brand loyalty to leverage, still retains an openness to try new things, truly a standard-bearer technology in software development.

Cons

Slowly becoming Microsoft in its increasing bureaucracy and fading autonomy, which can make it hard to navigate and find stability.

Pros

Great company to work for. I really liked the team as they are always friendly and ready to help. Great tech stack.

Cons

Nothing at all. That are almost a perfect company. This is a very hard question to answer. But I suppose every person will have third own opinion.
