1.GitHub is remote first Company. 2. The amount of effort put building internal tools for deployment and developer tools is tremendous. 3. Company has open culture, you can contact anyone and expect help/reply 4. good benifits provided

Cons

1. Lots of process for promotion 2. Too much work and customer issues 3. Cant work based out of India, they removed India Engineering

Senior management appeared to be quite scattered. Classic lord of the flies style resource allocation and reallocation.
