Pros

Great co-workers, great managers, good compensation, good mission

Cons

Moving from medium to big sized company. Sometimes you may not agree with the company policies. Some struggles with coordination as the company continues to grow quickly.

Amazing place to work!

Pros

Attainable goals, supportive management, super strong benefits and stock options, unlimited PTO (use at your best judgment), openness from management, career growth opportunities and some programs to improve your professional development - honestly the best place I have ever worked and I intend to stay at the company for a very long time!

Cons

Nothing significant, but it has been tough to get promotions, at least right now, because we are in the middle of a pandemic - it would be nice to have a more robust training program because most of the onus of learning new information is on our backs.
