Pros

None, this place is a dumpster fire circa 2020. f you value your career, your mental health, and your legal rights, look elsewhere. This is not a place for good faith effort. This is a company that will exploit you and then retaliate if you dare to speak up.

Cons

Do not make the mistake of working here. My brief tenure was a masterclass in corporate malfeasance. I was hired in March 2024. Within an impossibly short timeframe, I was subjected to a campaign of terror by my direct manager, which was then fully enabled and supported by HR. When I attempted to assert my legal rights, including those protected under statutes like the FMLA, the response was not accommodation—it was blatant retaliation. The environment is one of profound fear, especially for any employee who needs to rely on company policy or, worse, the law. HR is not a safe haven; they are an extension of the aggression, designed to isolate and eliminate anyone who becomes a "problem." My experience involved what I believe to be serious misconduct, up to and including issues that I felt obligated to report. The complete breakdown of ethics and the disregard for federal protections make this company a ticking time bomb for any professional with integrity. The most toxic environment I have ever experienced, no exaggeration whatsoever- a Director in my department publicly said he wanted to use an employee’s seizures as a way to keep them in line. 😳

Pros

- Salary and benefits are good - Remote

Cons

- Upper management reports directly into microsoft in the absence of a CEO - leads to a lot of thrash, long hours, and often burnout in team members
