Great talents led by horrible leadership

Pros

Great talents all around and willing to collaborate

Cons

Lack of leadership. CEO is a puppet of Microsoft and does not know how to prioritize initiatives. Products/features roll outs are messy and not thought out. Leadership is horrible at decision making.

Pros

We're on MSFT paper and overall benefits are good. Work life balance is good.

Cons

GitHub culture of innovation and community contributions is fading as MSFT becomes dominant culture. Far too many white dudes and not nearly enough females. First place I've ever worked at that does not offer a referral bonus. Not a place I can fully utilize my experience or grow my career.
