Pros

GitHub supports self-care unlike any organization I have collaborated with in the past. There are so many programs/ERGs to support and foster a culture that supports your genuine, authentic self.

Cons

Fear is unfortunately a driver surrounding leadership and managerial decisions, not consistently leading to the most effective or efficient decisions. Leading from a position of courage and confidence is not yet part of the larger overall culture.
