Pros

This company really tried to treat their employees as best as possible. There was the old saying of optimize for happiness which I feel like they really strived to achieve. I wish them all of the best in their acquisition by Microsoft.

Cons

Can't think of any complaints that are present at the company that are not the usual development areas of any company.

Pros

- The ability to learn more at my own pace - Sharing knowledge - Getting to know a global team - The ability to share my opinion - Participation in other teams - Traveling - Great Insurance - Great Perks

Cons

Some teams experience more pushback than others, just like anywhere else. There is always going to be someone who insists on doing things "their way". This isn't GH's fault, it is just who these people are and these people need to be guided, or taught a more objective perspective, if not possible then this obviously isn't their ideal environment.
