Great people, great company. There are a lot of smart people working in the company.

Cons

None to think of. Same growing pains as any company of its stature.

Pros

Great co-workers, great managers, good compensation, good mission

Cons

Moving from medium to big sized company. Sometimes you may not agree with the company policies. Some struggles with coordination as the company continues to grow quickly.

Pros

Github walks the walk. You hear many employers say they care about their employees, but Github acts on it. Peers are respectful and the culture is fun. Work is interesting and I've learned a ton from my manager and team.

Cons

None that I can think of
