Pros

Great benefits and pay in my opinion A remote-first culture creates flexibility and everyone understands and respects this Really, really intelligent people work here

Cons

Culture is declining towards MSFT traditional influence Ship-to-learn value was used against us (we move to fast and get in trouble when we don't have reporting/data integrity sorted before things are live to the public)
