Pros

- scale & impact - developer tooling product focus

Cons

- leadership or lack thereof - product vision or lack thereof - hr, benefits & payroll for non-U.S. employees (be prepared to be treated like a third-party contractor & monitor your pay slips for issues/inaccuracies)

Pros

Good work/life balance Some ICs and some managers are great to work with

Cons

Leadership is really lacking in long-term vision and some projects will get scrapped in favor of the new shiny at any given moment. Comp is a bit low compared to the rest of the industry.
