Pros

Remote work support, company culture, many people true to original mission of being the home for all developers.

Cons

Scary amount of leadership and senior employees departing being replaced by outside hires rather than promoting within, failure to hold accountable to company culture. Services is a dead end with burnout across the board, there is no strategic direction other than partners. There is no space to be real engineers, bowing under utilization targets made by people ignorant of the job. No travel or opportunities to grow, ICs do not feel safe discussing concerns resorting to private chats.
