Pros

Great talents all around and willing to collaborate

Cons

Lack of leadership. CEO is a puppet of Microsoft and does not know how to prioritize initiatives. Products/features roll outs are messy and not thought out. Leadership is horrible at decision making.

Cons

- Pay is very mid. Plenty of places pay less, but also plenty pay more - Layoff season is a bummer
