Pros

They let you work how you want and when you want. Benefits are the best I've ever seen - huge learning and development budget that can be spent on anything you want, home office set up, etc etc. Feels like a great place to work.

Cons

Most of the company are based in America so timezones can be hard

Pros

- Collaborative culture - I get to work on exciting products and features that define an industry - Flexible schedule and healthy work-life balance - Competitive compensation and benefits - Fun company events - Lots of opportunities to learn new skills and high-visibility projects

Cons

- It's in-between a startup and a big company so there are some infrastructural growing pains, which slows down processes at times - Departments seems to be staffed unevenly, leading to a shortage of resources from teams that you'll often rely on
