Pros

- smart, passionate, and thoughtful coworkers - huge impact, interesting problems - remote work is well supported and benefits are great

Cons

- leadership changes / turnovers have been frequent since i've been here - sometimes feels like it is turning a little too corporate, and focusing too much on enterprises rather than the users as a whole

Pros

I hands-down love my team. It is supportive, collaborative, a genuine joy to work with every day. Without getting too “we’re like a family”-ish, because we do have good healthy boundaries, I genuinely feel like these folks are my friends! They’re also brilliant at their jobs, and getting to learn from them is a privilege.

Cons

It’s had some growing pains over the last few years since getting bought by MSFT and taking on tons of new folks. Cross-company communication is trickier because there’s a lot more of us now. Overall, I’ve noticed happiness varies widely by team. I love my team and most of my reporting chain, and I know others do too. But, I also know of others whose departments sound challenging to work in (and not in a good way). We’re a big company now, so experience varies by team more I guess.

Pros

Competitive salary and benefits Great engineers Remote infrastructure good Many teams to switch out of if needed

Cons

Good managers are extremely hard to come by Leadership is not diverse and toxic Constantly switching guidelines and expectations Poses as diverse, but isn't really diverse Works with ICE, Home Depot and Chick Fil A Doesn't care about health of people
