Pros

Tech is really solid, and has a market fit. Large, loyal customer base that is expanding.

Cons

Extremely difficult to get a net new sale to a new client. If they have GitHub already, it's pretty much impossible to dislodge, and that's a majority of potential prospects out there. New CRO is rough.

Pros

Great product that the market is excited about.

Cons

If you speak up to upper management, be prepared to be put on plan depending on you speak to. This company is going public and pulling all the wool over the eyes to get there. If you're an URG you're safe here They're letting people go during covid to due "execution" so they don't get any bad publicity.
