Great but intense place to work

Pros

Values-driven, ambitious, full of smart and kind people, incredible mission and impact. Very fast-paced and a fun place work, every two days is different.

Cons

Can be chaotic, immature back-office functions (people, finance, compliance etc). Not very good at valuing and retaining long-termers.
