      Pros

      This job is really my dream job - I get to work on interesting technical challenges with a real, meaningful purpose, and an amazing team who also cares about the work.

      Cons

      There is always too much to do, so prioritization and boundary setting can be hard. But I think that is part of the fact that we all care about the work a lot!
