      Pros

      I have been impressed by the transformation of the organization, and the new president Rory has been instrumental in continuing to further the org and make it a better place to work while increasing impact for recipients.

      Cons

      The strategy could clearer and communicated at all levels of the organization. Setting boundaries on work/life could be modeled better by colleagues.
