      -You see the impacts of the program to recipients almost immediately -Great team morale -Socially flexible work environment -They will give you everything you need to succeed in your work. And periodically ask you if you need more!

      Cons

      The work is somewhat routine for a call center officer, but if you engage more with various recipients on program experience it tends to be less routine as every recipient has his/her own unique story

      •GD has grate values that I have carried and used even in personal life . •Feedback culture that gives room for improvement . • I love reaching out to the needy and I feel comfortable giving back with out expectations ,GD has it great . •I have learnt alot while at Givedirectly ie working remotely ,in refuggee settlements ,and I love the interaction with new people and purported reciepients. •Change in remuneration.

      •operating on short contracts,I would really love to work longer to impact more lives .
