Pros

You get to broaden your experience in the service space with enriching memories to grow professionally.

Cons

It's hard with the partiality. There are three types of employees at Orange Liberia; the employees, contractors, and outsourcing agents. If you are not in the first two fits, it will be a tough journey for you. But it would be best if you persevered regardless.

Pros

I was a part of Eka's first Management trainee batch and past three years is filled with lots of learning & experience that comes with new challenges. Efficient training process, room for good opportunities & giving large responsibilities relatively early in the career are few amongst many pros.

Cons

Not really a con but lack of transparency/layers of management can slow-down few processes.
