I've seen it with my own eyes. * Great colleagues - collegial, inspiring, diverse, and committed to the cause * Diverse and interesting, challenging work - never boring * Evidence-based - committed to evidence and data-driven decision making. Thinking rigorously, acting quickly * Highly competitive pay

* Too much churn in leadership means wasted time, changing directions * Could put a little more value in retaining staff

Cons

burnout, not super diverse at leadership level, finances seem stable but always feels a little dicey to work somewhere with a fundraising revenue model (though we have not had to do layoffs at all)
