Pros

Great training, good hours, friendly coworkers, flexible, ability to move up in the company or to a different (7) states.

Cons

With several different Sister Banks the rules get a little fussy between one to the other. Serveral sister banks do things differently than Glacier which causes confusion among customers and annoyed co-workers. I've had to fight hard for my current pay which dropped ($1) when I switched towns.

Pros

I was able to stand behind my company and share new products and services we offered and knew the bank was looking out for the customers best interest. Never any real issues dealing with inter branch transactions and most employees got along great

Cons

1) Limited opportunities to advance since the bank is only so large and contained to only a few states. 2) Employees got along for the most part but within branches there was a lot of clique high school nonsense going on. Managers having "favorites" or being able to be manipulated for shifts and such but nothing over the top, that just got old.
