Time off is nice. The schedule is a rotation (3/2/2) Benefits are average.

Cons

This company used to be one of the best companies to work for with good benefits, pay, and employee appreciation, but with a reduction of benefits, management shake-ups, and overall poor decision making, it's getting harder each day to stay on at this company.
