Pay and benefits are good if you can put up with their policies.

Cons

Poor management and policies. Their Overtime policy is terrible.

Pros

This job is excellent, the pay is great, the perks are fantastic. The people are great and you never feel like you are on your own. Everyday is a learning experience and there is a strong emphasis on safety, productivity and growth.

Cons

Some, not all, of the more seasoned management is stuck in the good old boy culture.
