They look professional in surface.

Cons

They layoff people even in good times. They want to convert old software and technologies to new technologies but don't have any solid system in place. They exploit engineers to convert some old software technologies to new technologies and then they get ride of them. Their jobs are not prem as they put in paper. Their 401 k contributions takes 5 years
