Pros
Not Many..The engineering department runs like a well oiled machine, yet still dysfunctionally.
Cons
The company is riddled with gossip and builds their culture on perspective which is unrealistic. They do not listen to reason and get their instruction from the parent company who do respect the expertise of those who know the rules and regulations of the country to which they do business. They have created a culture of fear where everyone must pretend to be something that they are not even when they are doing their job. If you want to work somewhere where pretending and upper management flattery is the primary concern and not you expertise or ability, this is the company for you. Racism, sexism, Nepotism, etc.
