      Practices fairness in decision making and performance based incentive culture. Also, the laurels received by the company for Quality and Leadership is very apt. It has correctly got an award for Quality and Leadership, values which the company practices and preaches! Happy and satisfied working with the company.. Long way to go for the company..!
