      Pros

      The company culture is somewhat flexible as long as you're staying on top of your work. They offer somewhat flexible hours as long as you are on-site between 10am-2pm every day and for at least 37.5 hours per week.

      Cons

      You have to clock in and out physically. There isn't much of a company culture at all, most people are focused on their own work and there isn't much collaboration or community. Required travel is not always planned far in advance. Additionally, the 401k match technically exists but is only 50% on up to 3% of your salary - same with the tuition reimbursement "benefit" which is only like $250/year. Finally, they won't actually let you take any time off for at least the first 4 months of employment and don't offer 401k match for the first 6 months, which they don't disclose to you until your first day.
