Any employee is able to learn every facet of a job through the hands on approach of learning and can further their career by utilizing this method.

Cons

Most managers do not have the skills set to manage their teams and may need training.

Pros

Ist been more than two year with Glatt, Pune and what i like the most is The work Culture, The leaders, our MD - Mr. Bhide is more of a Mentor to all of us than a Boss. They ensure getting the best out of a team and also grooming them as Mentors at the same time.

Cons

They get the 'Lazy' out of you. They could work more on the Training modules in India.
