German Policies, Good for freshers.

German policies but Indian management= twisted policies. Even employees Old team, not adaptive and agile

Pros

Absolutely none never join this company, only brand is good nothing else but for how long will they survive just on brand

Cons

They have no systems and processes only brand They don't care about people, their HR processes are non existent The senior management especially CEO is totally incompetent and only tries to look good in front of top management in German Many unethical and corrupt practices in the company but everything is hidden People are feeling demoralised because of unstructured high work pressure
