Pros

Above average paycheck and exposure to upper management. Job security is solid since it takes so long to get you up to speed because there is no training they are afraid to let anyone go.

Cons

Company Morale is as bad as I’ve seen, they have stopped giving out bonuses but you get a free Wegmans soda once a year! Get ready to play The “Who can work the most hours game”
