401K match Located in one of the best areas in the city Many pleasant people to work with

Cons

"We have a talented work force and just need to execute" always equates to not quite making enough to achieve profit sharing. The same excuses for years. Slow to adapt. Very difficult to actually implement change. Maddening to work for someone who has never done your job or taken the time to understand what you do and how much time and effort that takes.

The work was excellent and majority of coworkers were easy to collaborate with.

Cons

The work was cyclical leading to being laid off. Learning new systems was difficult causing some decline in output.
